Is this therapy or coaching?

No, this is a mental recalibration. Therapy digs through your past, coaching works on tactics and accountability, this works on the layer underneath both, the unconscious pattern running you without your say-so. You don't need hours hashing out your past, this is mapping the dynamics of your unconscious, getting to the root of the pattern and starting to dismantle it.

What happens after the four sessions?

The four sessions bring the pattern into the light, so instead of it running you from underneath, you start to work with it directly. You begin operating from a new mental default, one where you execute without the handbrake on, clear on the next move and actually taking it. How do the sessions run?
